Purpose


As the Head Finance and Admin at Broll Namibia, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the financial and admin activities of the Company, ensuring financial health, compliance, and strategic growth. You will work closely with Exco and senior management, providing financial insights, driving financial performance, and contributing to the overall sustainability of the organisation.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelors degree in Accounting
  • Registered Chartered Accountant
  • 8 plus years relevant experience with 5 years experience in a senior management role
  • In depth knowledge and experience in strategic financial planning and forecasting

  • Assist with the overall Company strategy development and implementation
  • Admin and Finance strategy development and implementation
  • Financial planning and analysis
  • Financial reporting, risk & compliance
  • Capital structure and financing
  • Cash flow management
  • Strategic cost management
  • Financial performance optimisation
  • Procurement and Supply Chain management
  • Strategic decision support
  • Leadership and team development for the Finance and Admin teams
