Foreman And Maintenance/Workshop Manager

Description

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join their team as a Farm Maintenance and Workshop Manager in the Sossusvlei area.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise staff, allocating tasks as needed.
• Oversee and perform general farm maintenance, including mechanical repairs.
• Manage workshop operations, services and mechanical work.
• Prepare orders for supplies and equipment.
• Keep track of inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Create and manage job cards for all maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of general maintenance and vehicle mechanics.
• Hold a valid drivers license, preferably PDP and code C1.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Prior experience in supervising staff and managing tasks.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff and management.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure timely and efficient completion of work.
• Extensive experience and very good knowledge in vehicle mechanics.
