Your typical day might look Like:
- Your priority is to receive and process orders and complete administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Apply a customer-focused, problem-solving mindset, and provide feedback and suggestions to the team.
- Processing orders from current clients via various sales channels
- Communicating clearly with our customers across multiple channels, phone, email & social media messaging.
- Effectively anticipating customer needs and suggesting solutions and alternatives to suit their needs.
- Processing Requests of new and current clients.
- Communicating with potential clients and website requests.
- Sending quotes and follow-up.
- Pass on leads to Sales Representatives.
- Managing the online product and client databases
- support the team with Planning & stock management.
- Regular posts of marketing material on social media and email channels
- Plan and support various marketing activities / open days.
- Always be ready for a new challenge.
Skills required to join:
- You Should be able to communicate using good written and verbal skills.
- You must be Detail-oriented and love interacting with people.
- 5+ years of admin and Sales support experience
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite
- You need a friendly and engaging personality.
- The ability to make cold calls to potential clients whenever required.
- You must respond well to Team feedback and taking initiative.
- Strive for continuous skills improvement through Training & Growth.
