Description
The purpose of this position is to manage the branch, as well as managing the assistant managers; controllers; staff; equipment and stock, so that it functions effectively, customers are satisfied, and overall financial goals are achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Labour and other legislation compliance / Government legislation and company policy compliance
- Meet customer expectations / Customer queries/complaints resolution
- Staff recruitment
- Staff management to ensure productivity / Staff management
- Stock management according to company policy / Stock management
- Ensure on-going training and development of all staff members / Staff development
- Floor-walk management
- Promotions and adverts management
- Report analysis
- Trading premises maintenance
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Grade 12
- Bachelors degree in Business Management or any related field.
- Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in a managerial position, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
