Description

The purpose of this position is to manage the branch, as well as managing the assistant managers; controllers; staff; equipment and stock, so that it functions effectively, customers are satisfied, and overall financial goals are achieved.

Responsibilities:

  • Labour and other legislation compliance / Government legislation and company policy compliance
  • Meet customer expectations / Customer queries/complaints resolution
  • Staff recruitment
  • Staff management to ensure productivity / Staff management
  • Stock management according to company policy / Stock management
  • Ensure on-going training and development of all staff members / Staff development
  • Floor-walk management
  • Promotions and adverts management
  • Report analysis
  • Trading premises maintenance

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Grade 12
  • Bachelors degree in Business Management or any related field.
  • Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in a managerial position, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
