As the Financial Manager, you will be a key player in shaping the financial strategy and direction of our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects, driving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, conduct in-depth analysis, and provide strategic insights.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor financial forecasts.
• Assess and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and ethical guidelines.
• Lead financial due diligence for potential M&A opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies

Requirements

• Namibian citizen
• Proven experience as a Financial Manager or in a senior financial leadership role within the waste management or related industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or an MBA holder with CA or CIMA .
• Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
• Knowledge of waste management industry regulations, financial best practices, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Own vehicle
