Electrician

Paratus Telecommunications currently has a vacancy for an Electrician based in Windhoek.

The position entails the following:

• Construction ( electrical and mechanical ) of new sites
• Maintenance and repair of existing sites ( electrical, mechanical and environmental )
• Monitoring and response of new and existing sites
• Evaluation and expansion of existing sites
• Highly independent
• Ability to make rapid independent decisions
• Willing to work out of town for long periods of time
• Able to converse in both English and Afrikaans

The minimum requirements for the position are as follows:

• N3 with Electrical trade test
• Code BE drivers license
• Basic computer literacy
• DC power and mechanical experience will be an added advantage
