Ict Voice Mobile Technician

Paratus Telecommunications currently has a vacancy for a ICT Voice Mobile Technician in Windhoek.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for activities concerning Operations, Maintenance, Scaling, Troubleshooting, Integration and Automation of the following core areas:
  • Voice Core Elements for Interconnects
  • Voice Core Elements for Customer Services
  • SMS Core Elements
  • PCRF Core Elements
  • Mobile Core Elements
• Making the necessary recommendation to management to optimized areas of responsibility.
• Always implement or improve in area of responsibility to constitute continuous optimization and scaling.
• Acting as an expert in the areas of responsibility to contribute at detailed technical levels.
• Maintaining high standards in the areas of responsibility to ensure continuity, stability, flexibility, profitability and visibility.
• Implementing autonomy in various system to system integration with programming and artificial intelligence.

The minimum requirements for the position are as follows:

• Diploma/Bachelor/Honours Degree in Engineering, Science or Technology related Field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a wide range of technology related fields, preferably Networking, Security, Voice and Mobile.
• CCNA / CCNP Added advantage
• Valid Drivers Licence
