Main purpose of Job

The role will be expected to support the People & Purpose Manager in executing the Talent Strategy through seamless delivery across the HR Value Chain. The People & Purpose Consultant will support Business Units in the Firm with implementing People policies, practices and procedures (standardisation & governance) and will contribute to the delivery of an integrated talent solution. The role will perform duties associated with some or all of the different HR functional areas within the HR Value Chain.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent qualification relevant to the function;
  • 3-5 years experience in an HR role;
  • Academic & practical knowledge of the HR Value Chain service offerings;
  • Knowledge of employment laws and practices;
  • Strong capability in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Knowledge and experience with SAGE VIP.
