Description
- Assuring that the integrated services business has the appropriate operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, policies, and systems in place to grow the company effectively and sustainably.
- Maintainingfinancial growthand operational efficiency, through the provision of operational leadership and management.
- Researching the viability of potential complimentary services and products for business expansion opportunities and making such recommendations to enhance shareholder value.
- Monitoring the day-to-day effectiveness and efficiency of operations management processes, including budget control and procurement.
- Developing long- and short-term strategies for guiding senior executives in making sound business decisions.
- The role involves implementing and administering the financial controls, policies, and procedures.
- Project management and implementation across various campuses and sectors.
- Company-wide risk management implementation, control, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Financial modeling, financial investment acquisition, and business plan development.
Requirements
- Master of Business Administration, NQF Level 9, with a specialisation in business development, financial management, and operations management.
- A Postgraduate Diploma NQF Level 8 in Business Leadership or Financial.
- At least ten (10) years of business development industry experience, with four (4) years at the managerial level.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Understanding how to form and nurture partnerships with relevant institutions and entities.
- The ability to analyse complex business aspects and draw conclusions.
- The ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience in preparing budgets and managing cash flow is crucial.
- Strong knowledge and experience in research and data collection.
- Good understanding of contracts and legal aspects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
