Description
Our Client in Otavi is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our team during a busy period.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the milling depot team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating milling operations, including equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or milling environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
