Description

Our Client in Otavi is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our team during a busy period.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the milling depot team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating milling operations, including equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or milling environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
