Position summary
Introduction
The Chief Digital Officer (CDO) is envisioned to encompass and integrate key aspects of traditional roles such as the Chief Information Officer (CIO), focusing internally on IT operations; the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), concentrating on technology development; and responsibilities akin to those of Digital Transformation leadership. This amalgamated position aims to foster a more cohesive approach to technology and digital strategy within CAM and across the Group, addressing digital transformation needs while ensuring operational and infrastructural efficiency and promoting technological innovation.
Job description
Role Deliverables
Overseeing Digitalization
- Lead the digitalization of client services and operations, including AML systems, to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
Data Management and Digitalization
- Drive the adoption of a unified Group digital ID and its integration into CAM operations. Lead the data analytics aspects of CAM to inform the broader Executive Team of CAMs business needs.
IT Systems and Infrastructure
- Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT systems and infrastructure, managing IT resources and budgets aligned with strategic goals.
Technology Innovation
- Identify and assess new technologies to enhance the companys offerings and operational capabilities.
Cross-functional leadership
- Foster collaboration across technology, operations, marketing, and investment teams, leading change management initiatives to cultivate a digital-first culture.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners, ensuring service quality and strategic alignment.
Identify New Technologies
- Stay informed of emerging technologies to support and enhance existing solutions, ensuring CAM remains at the forefront of digital innovation.

Minimum requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Fifteen years experience in an IT-related role, including directing and supervising IT Teams
- At least Eight years in a senior management position, preferably in financial services
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Experience leading organizational change initiatives and driving digital transformation.
- Deep understanding of data management, analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
