PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To plan, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies and campaigns to grow O&L Leisure's market share. Manage and drive the full scope of Digital Marketing, including Customer Relationship Management by becoming an invaluable resource to O & L Leisure through setting the Digital Marketing Strategy for all properties.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Human Science, Communication, or related fields.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of success in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM).
- Advanced skills in web analytics (e.g., Web Trends) and database management (MYSQL).
- Experience with online CMS, digital platforms, and tools, including familiarity with social media practices.
- Sound knowledge of digital marketing campaigns, data analysis, and presentation.
- Digital Accreditation will be an added advantage.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies in alignment with the company's overall marketing objectives.
- Implement digital marketing campaigns, apps, online advertising, and promotional strategies. SEO and SEM basic knowledge required.
- Establish monthly Google Analytics report and use it to track and evaluate website performance.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Liaise and work with properties on detailed feedback on content audits and scores.
- Implement and workflow process management of all content optimization requests for the digital field marketing teams.
- Continuously compile and manage consumer data, profiling, and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Assist with the conceptualizing and curation of content.
- Optimize online marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition.
- Lead and Supervise staff.
