Description
Our client are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry Clerk to join our team in Otjiwarongo.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office equipment and stationery
- Handle customer / consumer queries
- Coordinate placement of coolers for all new approved contracts. Maintain Cooler Master Data, and Trace missing coolers
- Review orders captured by sales team for errors Handle/Input promotional transactions Processing Trade returns/Claims; Account Reconciliation and Fillings
- Proactively monitor out of stock situations and provide stock level report to Sales Team. Administration and Planning of leave cycles, timekeeping, and attendance
- Provide feedback to sales staff
- Product & Industry knowledge
- Strategic Thinker
- Good Attention to detail
- An understanding of evolving business needs and how systems can be adapted to meet these needs and add value. Reliable, punctual, and energetic with a strong background in FMCG

Requirements
- Grade 12
- (3 year marketing degree will be a definite advantage)
- At least 3 years Office Administration experience in the Fast-Moving-Consumer-Goods Environment
- Advanced Computer Skills with SAP/ERP knowledge
- Proficiency in an indigenous language will be a definite advantage
- Excellent planning, organizing, communication, management and judgmental skills
- Ability to perform under pressure, Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment and to work with limited supervision.
- Able to work overtime.
- Written & oral ability of English (Proficiency in an indigenous language will be an added advantage).
