Floor Manager

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Managing the Sales and Operations functions in order to achieve/exceed financial targets in respect of sales, profit, working capital and stock control.
  
  Managing the Buying function in order to achieve 100% attractive stock availability.
  
  Responsible for Receiving, Operations, Attractive Merchandising, Housekeeping, Sales and supervising Buyers in order to achieve Customer Satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12(NSSC-O) with 22 marks.
  
  Bachelor of Commerce Degree (NQF Level 7) will be an advantage.
  
  Minimum 3 years Managerial and Sales experience in the Retail and Building Industry.
  
  Knowledge of Sales, Merchandising, Buying, Administration and Yard Operations in the Retail and Building industry.
  
  Knowledge of the Kerridge computer system will be an added advantage.
  
  Must have a valid Code B Drivers License
