Retail Sales Manager

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Managing the Retail shop, Receiving and Dispatch to ensure that budgets are met to enhance profitability.
  
  Training and managing staff to boost store sales.
  
  Driving floor sales with a high emphasis on customer satisfaction through service excellence.
  
  Managing supplier relationships.
  
  Assisting Buyers with negotiations and overall stock control to achieve 100% stock availability.
  
  Administration.
  
  2IC to the Branch Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12 (NSSC-O) with 22 marks.
  
  Bachelors Degree in Sales and Marketing would be an advantage.
  
  Minimum 5 years Managerial, Sales Merchandising, Buying, Administration and Yard Operations experience in the Retail or Construction industry.
  
  Valid Code B Drivers License is essential.
  
  Must be willing to work Retail hours.
