WHAT WILL YOU DO:
-
Receive incoming calls and ensure callers are directed to the appropriate department or individual.
Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times with the emphasis on customer satisfaction through service excellence.
Answer calls using the switchboard and answering queries where possible.
Responsible for all related administrative functions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, including caller information, purpose of call, and actions taken.
Perform routine maintenance checks on telecommunication systems and report any issues to the IT department.
Always maintain a neat and clean Switchboard area.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good numeracy, administration and organizing competencies.
Someone with strong organizing skills and that pays great attention to detail.
Must have good customer interaction capabilities and able to work under pressure.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Must have completed Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12 (NSSC-O) with 22 marks.
Minimum 1 years Call Centre experience.
Proven experience in a Customer Service environment.
Must be a fluent communicator in English and proficiency in any other indigenous language would be beneficial.
