PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To achieve agreed sales, distribution, market share, promotions and performance objectives by effective management of the sales team. To proactively negotiate, co-ordinate, plan and implement of sales driver activities in order to optimally serve our customers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
- 3 year Degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing.
- 3-5 years experience in FMCG Sales, of which at least 2 years should have been on Management Level.

Knowledge and know-how of Sales Standards and Sales Strategies for FMCG.
KEY JOB OUTPUTS:
- Implement and manage Sales strategy for area of responsibility in line with operational and strategic goals and objectives.
- Ensure that all Sales Representatives activities are in line with HL Sales Agenda
- Maintain and update a database as to where coolers/fridges are situated/placed
- Maintain optimised assets (Vehicles of Sales Representatives, Coolers/Fridges & PA Systems)
- Formulate action plans and drive execution of recommended selling price.
- Execute the sales volume numbers, trade spending objectives and any other goals given by Management.
- Implement and maintain channel strategies through which SES can be executed.
- Implement and maintain customer database to be updated as and when required
- To spend the required time per month accompanying Sales employees/subordinates in trade
- Train Sales Representatives on the selling points of HL product knowledge and how to merchandise products effectively
- Manage reporting employees performance and development through probation, performance management system of HL.
- Train and coach direct employees.
