The position consists of excellent product knowledge to answer inquiries and obtaining information for customers . It also consist of getting new clients on board as well as maintaining the existing clients.
- Booking appointments for yourself by making outbound cold calls daily, promoting the company, our products and services.
- The job involves direct interaction with fleet customers, private owners, finance banks, insurance and motor vehicle dealerships.
- To promote and market all vehicle brands tracking products on offer to new customers.
- To always be smartly dressed, articulate and presentable.
- To go out and do product training and fleet presentations.
- Explain products, services and answer customer queries.
- Working on high quality appointment setting campaigns.
- Maximizing every sale enquiry.
- Offer customers alternatives and upselling of products.
- Log customer queries and follow up on database.
- Perform administrative duties where required.
- Follow up with customer after installation has been completed.
- Arranging and attend tradeshows and industry events.
- Travel to other regions.
Requirements
Requirements:
- A valid drivers license
- Proven sales experience
- Using Word and Excel to write reports and to maintain customer base
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively
- Grade 12 Certificate
