The position consists of excellent product knowledge to answer inquiries and obtaining information for customers . It also consist of getting new clients on board as well as maintaining the existing clients.

  • Booking appointments for yourself by making outbound cold calls daily, promoting the company, our products and services.
  • The job involves direct interaction with fleet customers, private owners, finance banks, insurance and motor vehicle dealerships.
  • To promote and market all vehicle brands tracking products on offer to new customers.
  • To always be smartly dressed, articulate and presentable.
  • To go out and do product training and fleet presentations.
  • Explain products, services and answer customer queries.
  • Working on high quality appointment setting campaigns.
  • Maximizing every sale enquiry.
  • Offer customers alternatives and upselling of products.
  • Log customer queries and follow up on database.
  • Perform administrative duties where required.
  • Follow up with customer after installation has been completed.
  • Arranging and attend tradeshows and industry events.
  • Travel to other regions.



  • A valid drivers license
  • Proven sales experience
  • Using Word and Excel to write reports and to maintain customer base
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively
  • Grade 12 Certificate
