Presently, we are aiding one of our esteemed clients, a prominent organization in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector known for its commitment to excellence and employee satisfaction. Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for their workforce.

Job requirements:

  1. Processing and monitoring employee leave.
  2. Distributing weekly summaries of hours clocked and making corrections when necessary.
  3. Finalizing monthly hours clocked and authorizing the same.
  4. Responding promptly to time and attendance requests, inquiries, and complaints.
  5. Ensuring compliance with statutory provisions and company policies.
  6. Maintaining confidentiality of payroll information.

Requirements

  1. Namibian citizen or eligible to apply for Namibian citizenship.
  2. Knowledge of the ACCSYS system will be an added advantage.
  3. Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in time and attendance and payroll processing.
  4. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  5. Proficient in English; being bilingual will be an added advantage.
  6. Grade 12 (NQF4) and/or a BA/BCom Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
  7. Strong thinking skills, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  10. Strong time management and organizational skills.
  11. Technical proficiency in working with computer technology and data/numbers.
