Presently, we are aiding one of our esteemed clients, a prominent organization in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector known for its commitment to excellence and employee satisfaction. Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for their workforce.
Job requirements:
- Processing and monitoring employee leave.
- Distributing weekly summaries of hours clocked and making corrections when necessary.
- Finalizing monthly hours clocked and authorizing the same.
- Responding promptly to time and attendance requests, inquiries, and complaints.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory provisions and company policies.
- Maintaining confidentiality of payroll information.
Requirements
- Namibian citizen or eligible to apply for Namibian citizenship.
- Knowledge of the ACCSYS system will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in time and attendance and payroll processing.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proficient in English; being bilingual will be an added advantage.
- Grade 12 (NQF4) and/or a BA/BCom Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
- Strong thinking skills, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Technical proficiency in working with computer technology and data/numbers.
