Your role as a Transportation and International Sales Representative will be to manage the sales and marketing of the company's branch in all aspects, in order to maintain and develop the service levels and market share, as well as to grow the company's profitability.

  • Securing new business
  • Customer appointments, ensure a high-quality service is rendered to existing clients and corporate clients
  • Site analysis & quoting
  • Maintain good relations with all parties involved.
  • Accurate and timeous administration.
  • Make appointments to see prospective clients/customers
  • Cold calling
  • Secure new business/create relationships with colleagues within our group to source leads
  • Lead generation
  • Networking
  • Maintain professional image both telephonically and in person
  • Deal with corporate client queries/needs effectively and timeously
  • Communicate clearly & precisely with sales leads
  • Plan daily/weekly/monthly appointments efficiently
  • Make appointments to see new and existing clients
  • See a minimum of 15 new clients a week
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports for Branch Manager
  • Ensure site inspections are done effectively
  • Set targets, measure & report


  • Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Sales and Marketing qualification will be an added advantage
  • 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Own transportation
  • Knowledge of Road Freight and Transport background will be added advantage
