Purpose of the Job: To serve as a customer interface for all Letshego products in the branch.

Critical Deliverables /Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities

1. Grow subsidiaries business growth through the implementation of the branch sales strategy.

2. Process quality loans by ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures

3. Prepare monthly sales report

4. Build relationships with the relevant stakeholders to grow Letshegos business.

5. Sell the subsidiaries sales products through digital channels

6. Offer excellent customer service to retain the customer base.

7. Identifies opportunities for process improvement by gauging customer reactions to processes and policies.



Knowledge and Skills Required of the Job Holder:

1. Grade 12 (25 points)

2. Related degree/diploma would be an added advantage

3. At least 2 years of related experience in Banking, customer service, and sales would be an added advantage

4. Strong understanding of customer insights and analytics

5. Understanding product and customer lifecycle and management

Skills Required:

1. Integrity and ethical standards

2. Excellent communication skills

3. Organizational and planning skills

4. Analytical skills, good judgment, and decision-making ability to interpret businesses sales performance and market information.

5. Ability to identify risks and work on mitigating the risks. Multidisciplinary disposition.
