As an HR Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment and onboarding, employee relations and performance management. Your expertise will contribute to creating an engaging work environment and ensuring the well-being of our valued employees.

Job Specifications:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, attracting top talent that aligns with our company values and objectives. Collaborate with departmental heads to identify staffing needs and conduct effective interviews.
  • Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Conduct orientation programs to introduce them to our culture, policies, and procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture. Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and team cohesion.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance on goal-setting and professional development. Assist in identifying training needs and opportunities for employee growth.
  • HR Compliance: Stay current on employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices remain in compliance. Conduct periodic HR audits to mitigate risks and maintain a fair and inclusive workplace.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Valid drivers license + own car
  • Namibian citizen

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience as an HR Practitioner or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
