PURPOSE OF POSITION

As the Traffic Manager at BrandX, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of work throughout the agency. You will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling, coordination, and execution of all projects, from inception to completion. Your primary goal will be to optimize resource allocation, streamline processes, and maximize productivity to meet client deadlines and objectives.


QUALIFICATIONS , EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • Valid code 08 drivers license.
  • Proven experience in traffic management, project coordination, or operations within an advertising agency or similar environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Basecamp) is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining composure under pressure.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Project Coordination:

  • Serve as the central point of contact for all project-related communication, both internally and externally.
  • Liaise with account managers, creative teams, and clients to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on time.

Resource Management:

  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization of talent and skills across projects.
  • Coordinate with department heads to assign tasks, balance workloads, and resolve resource conflicts.
  • Anticipate and address potential bottlenecks or resource constraints proactively.

Workflow Optimization:

  • Continuously assess and refine agency processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify opportunities for automation or technology integration to streamline workflows.
  • Implement best practices and standards to maintain consistency and quality in project delivery.

Traffic Oversight:

  • Plan and monitor project progress and milestones, identifying any deviations from the schedule.
  • Anticipate potential delays or obstacles and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  • Communicate project status updates, issues, and resolutions to relevant stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct regular reviews of work-in-progress to ensure adherence to client briefs, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to address feedback, revisions, and client preferences promptly.
  • Uphold the agency's reputation for delivering high-quality, error-free work.
