Creative Copy Writer Job

PURPOSE OF POSITION

To produce outstanding creative writing that supports the communication of brand objectives for clients.

QUALIFICATIONS , EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Relevant qualification in Advertising and or creative writing.
• 5 years copywriting experience in a large Agency.

• Valid code 08 drivers license.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining composure under pressure.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

General administration and process

• Completion of timesheets on a weekly basis effectively.
• The ability to work on several campaigns at once.
• Effective time management in order to meet deadlines.

Production

• Providing accurate information to production.
• Overseeing campaigns through the production stage to completion.
• Casting actors for TV and radio work, and listening to voice options.
• Liaising with production companies, videographers, and creative team.
• Give constructive input during a shoot and/or recording.

To Account Management Team

• Working with AM team to answer the brief.
• Work through the AM team to get additional in-depth knowledge / info from client.
• Work with client briefs to conceive, develop and produce effective copy and campaigns.
• Work with the AM team to present the ideas to client.
• Communicate with AM team on timelines/deadlines in order to complete the job timeously.
