PURPOSE OF POSITION

As the Brand and Project Manager at BrandX, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and execution of branding initiatives and projects for our clients. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, strategic planning, and exceptional project management skills.


QUALIFICATIONS , EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management, project management, or advertising, preferably in a small agency environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate client objectives into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp.
  • Familiarity with design principles and an eye for creative aesthetics.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop digital marketing strategies aligned with their goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the digital landscape.
  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing plans that leverage various channels such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.

Campaign Execution:

  • Implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Create engaging content for digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website copy.
  • Manage the scheduling and distribution of content to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage clients' social media accounts, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Develop social media calendars and strategies to maintain a consistent presence and drive audience engagement.
  • Stay informed about social media trends and best practices to ensure clients remain competitive in the digital space.

SEO and SEM:

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content for search engines.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword bidding, ad copywriting, and performance monitoring.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track campaign performance and generate reports for clients.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate campaign results and insights to clients in a clear and understandable manner.

Digital Advertising:

  • Explore emerging digital advertising platforms and technologies to diversify client campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages for digital ad campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to improve conversion rates and drive business objectives.
  • Develop personalized marketing strategies based on consumer data .
  • Set up and manage email marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and drive engagement.
  • Manage and advise on digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI across different channels and campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry guidelines and best practices to maintain ethical and legal standards in all digital marketing activities.

Content Management:

  • Implement strategies to repurpose and distribute content across various digital channels to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Explore partnerships and collaborations with industry publications, influencers, and platforms to expand content distribution.
  • Identify relevant influencers and online ambassadors to establish partnerships to amplify brand messaging and reach target audiences.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of collaborations through performance metrics and ROI analysis.
