Description
The position of Customer Care Consultant requires the person to manage all system operations. The position consists of excellent product knowledge to answer inquiries and obtaining information for customers . It also consist of providing training to customers and assisting Technicians with installations.
- Monthly product knowledge training
- Setting-up of devices, including testing units
- Perform all jobs related to devices
- Up-keep of customer Data Base maintain and update information
- Daily monitoring of devices
- Compile scheduled reports
- Provide training to customers
- Identify missing information, inaccurate data and implement processes
- Respond promptly to all customer queries, via e-mail or telephone
- Acknowledge and resolve all issues and provide feedback
- Maintain a professional, empathetic and positive attitude towards customers at all times
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Manage stock

Requirements:
- Proven Customer Care experience
- Strong telephone contact handling skills and listening skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Must have computer knowledge and good understanding of technology
