The position is primarily responsible for the efficient, effective and accurate management and coordination of CAMs reception and channel support /sales/marketing administrative support. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Secretarial and Reception responsibilities:

  • Responsible for answering incoming calls at the switchboard in a quick, professional and friendly manner and to ensure that incoming calls are correctly transferred.
  • Assist walk-in clients
  • Operate, maintain and control an effective follow up system
  • Accurate record keeping (Filing)
  • Ad-hoc administration as required by EMT
  • Generaltyping of letters and documents for EMT
  • Observing, reporting and follow up on defects on infrastructure, communication and computer equipment.
  • Arrange, manage and schedule meetings, appointments and boardroom bookings and relevant requests e.g. refreshments\technological assistance
  • Stationery and CAM collateral procurement, control and stock taking
  • Maintaining Staff Attendance Registers
  • Maintaining general front office cleanliness and neatness
  • Maintaining client Wi-Fi

Channel Support Responsibilities

  • Ensure that customer complaints and queries are handled and resolved immediately with positive results and respond to all service delivery issues. As well as the compilation of accurate and timely compliments & complaints reporting on Metric Stream.
  • Provide technical support to all Capricorn Online users.
  • Ensure that all clients are handled in a professional manner with accurate information about products, services, business procedures and legislative requirements Through the compilation of timely client satisfaction reports.
  • Responsible to ensure that all statement requests are sent out in a timeously manner and all statement related queries are attended to.
  • Providing support to the channel support team by compiling and generating reports to measure the success and engagement of sales initiatives and channels used.
  • Provide support to the channel support team on any client engagement or sales matters.
  • Provide support to the marketing team on any supportive assistance required.

Self-Development

  • Ensure complete familiarity with all relevant operational policies and procedural change and Internal Business Processes
  • Knowledge of CAM systems and procedures
  • Compliance with CAM policies and procedures
  • Report generation, compilation and optimization

General

  • Must be prepared/willing to do any reasonable and lawful instruction/task and ensure that it is carried out on time and correct

Minimum requirements


Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Administration with at least 2 years relevant experience in the Financial Industry
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Word and Excel)
  • Experience in administrative and clerical procedures
