Key Performance Areas:
- Weekly preparation of menu.
- Weekly preparation of grocery list.
- Daily preparation of meals-breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Daily preparation of lunch boxes.
- Ensure the kitchen and scullery floors, countertops and sinks are kept clean at all times.
- Ensure kitchen and scullery inside and outside cupboards are kept clean at all times.
- Ensure the stove ,ovens and fridges are kept clean at all times.
- Purchase food and other requirements for the home when required.
- Make amendments based on feedback on the level of cleanliness and quality of food.
- Cater for the family or visitors when the need arises.
- Assist with birthday parties and other engagements.
- Other adhoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Matric qualification
- Culinary qualification
- A valid drivers license would be an added advantage
