Business Application Specialist

Paratus Telecommunications currently has a vacancy for a Business Application Specialist based in Windhoek.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Administer, configure and customize business applications.
• Ensure integration across departments and conduct system audits for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application related issues.
• Deliver training programs to enhance user proficiency
• Analyze workflows and propose enhancements for efficiency.
• Strong understanding of business applications and troubleshooting skills.
• User support and training.
• Project management capability to plan and execute projects effectively.

The minimum requirements for the position are as follows:

• 5 Years in Application Support
• 3 Years if supported by Degree in Computer/Engineering/Security
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Application Analyst, Application Specialist or similar role
• Valid Drivers Licence
