PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To support and assist the Human Capital department in implementing people practices, provide administrative support, coordinate payroll activities and participate in the delivery of amazing employee experiences.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
- Diploma in Human Resources Management with 2-3 years experience in general administration.
- Computer literate (MS Office & Systems).

Knowledge and Experience in Jarrison or Success Factors will be an added advantage.
KEY JOB OUTPUTS:
- Provide information and advisory services to employees in accordance with relevant HC policies and procedures.
- Assist and support the HC department in the administration related to the recruitment and selection process.
- Process new engagements, employee movements, promotions and terminations on the system within agreed timeframes.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of the On-boarding process for all new employees.
- Update employees personal information as and when required and resolve any discrepancies of employees data to ensure correct information on the system.
- Assist and support the HC Team in coordinating, preparing and scheduling of learning and development activities.
- Administer and distribute corporate clothing as per policy and procedure.
- Assist the HC Team with administration and logistics around all communication & recognition initiatives.
- Maintain and keep records and file all HC documentation for internal and external reference & audit purposes.
- Support and assist the payroll team to gather payroll information before payroll deadlines.
- Administer access control and time & attendance and drive compliance of overtime and short time procedures.
- Compile and submit weekly/monthly reports on HC activities as and when required.

Seek greater role in projects within administrative and other areas of competence.
