WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Manage all operational functions including Sales, Marketing, Administration and Industrial Relations of the branch.

    Manage stock levels, shrinkage and all other expenses to acceptable standard.

    Drive initiatives to increase the branchs Market Share.

    Train and develop staff to increase productivity and efficiency.

    Uphold the Pupkewitz mission of Customer Satisfaction Through Service Excellence.

    Act as Mentor to staff members, through motivating and guiding staff to reach their full potential.

    Implement, monitor, and maintain company policies and procedures throughout all operational activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12 (NSSC-O) with 22 marks.

    Advanced computer skills.

    Bachelor of Commerce Degree (NQF Level 7) will be an advantage.

    Minimum 2 years Management experience in the Building, Retail or FMCG industry.

    Excellent written and spoken English Native language will be an added advantage.

    Must have a valid Code B Drivers License.

    Must be willing to travel extensively.

    Kerridge system experience will be a great advantage.
