Workshop Coordinator – Windhoek

Description

Our client is seeking a qualified Workshop Coordinator who is an N3 Diesel Mechanic with a valid C1 license. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring effective communication between the workshop and clients, while also overseeing the coordination of repair and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on vehicle repairs and addressing any concerns.
• Coordinate scheduling of repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
• Conduct test drives with vehicles to assess performance and verify repairs.
• Communicate effectively with workshop staff to relay client feedback and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and client interactions.

Requirements

• N3 qualification in Diesel Mechanics.
• Valid C1 driver's license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic, preferably in a workshop environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Customer-centric mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
• Available to start immediately.
