Requirements
- Bachelor of Nursing (Clinical) Science NQA Level 8 or a Comprehensive Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery Science NQA Level 6
- Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Instruction/Nursing Education will be an added advantage
- At least 10 years of experience in nursing practice plus teaching practice and research
- Proof of registration with the Nursing Council of Namibia is a pre-requisite
- Advanced Computer skills (including Microsoft packages)
- Demonstrable coaching and mentoring abilities
- Ability to apply problem-solving skills to ongoing challenge.
