Auto-Electrician – Windhoek

Our esteemed client, a leading automotive service provider in Windhoek, Namibia, is expanding its team. In partnership with them, we are actively recruiting a qualified and experienced Auto Electrician to join their dynamic workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical components in various vehicles.
• Execute wiring and rewiring tasks with precision, ensuring correct connections and insulation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Install and configure electronic systems, including engine control units (ECUs) and safety features.
• Perform battery installations, testing, and replacements with a focus on quality workmanship.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with clients.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Auto Electrician.
• Possession of an N3 qualification or its equivalent in Auto Electrics.
• Proficient diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of modern automotive electrical systems and components.
• Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver's license (preferred).
