PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To ensure the effective and professional flow of communication between internal and external clients. Responsible for welcoming clients and guest therefore portraying a good image for the company.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum two (2) years working experience in a corporate or relatedenvironment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
-
- Attend to receptionist duties including switchboard.
- Monitor, control and order stock for office, equipment stationery and refreshments.
- Welcome internal and external quests.
- Control and manage all bookings for various meeting rooms.
- Handling of general correspondence and enquiries.
- General Administration.
- Support the Mission, Vision, and core values of the company.
- Processing of Purchase Requisitions and monthly reporting etc.
- Responsible for any other duties as and when required.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

- Computer literate(MS Office & Systems).SAP will be an advantage.
- Ability to build positive relationships with a high level of interpersonalskills.
- Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteousmanner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible working ho urs.
- Team player with strong administrative skills, accuracy & attention to detail .
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-pacedenvironment.
- Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality.
- Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complexmultiple lined telephones, printers, photocopy machines, etc.
