PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To ensure the effective and professional flow of communication between internal and external clients. Responsible for welcoming clients and guest therefore portraying a good image for the company.




QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum two (2) years working experience in a corporate or relatedenvironment.



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Attend to receptionist duties including switchboard.
    • Monitor, control and order stock for office, equipment stationery and refreshments.
    • Welcome internal and external quests.
    • Control and manage all bookings for various meeting rooms.
    • Handling of general correspondence and enquiries.
    • General Administration.
    • Support the Mission, Vision, and core values of the company.
    • Processing of Purchase Requisitions and monthly reporting etc.
    • Responsible for any other duties as and when required.



SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

    • Computer literate(MS Office & Systems).SAP will be an advantage.
    • Ability to build positive relationships with a high level of interpersonalskills.
    • Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteousmanner.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible working ho urs.
    • Team player with strong administrative skills, accuracy & attention to detail .
    • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-pacedenvironment.
    • Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality.
    • Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complexmultiple lined telephones, printers, photocopy machines, etc.
