Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks related to human resources, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scanning/Categorizing of C.V and keeping of registers:
  • Efficiently scan and categorize resumes.
  • Maintain organized registers for easy retrieval and tracking.

Reference Checks:

  • Conduct thorough reference checks for potential candidates.
  • Document and report findings to the relevant stakeholders.

Placing of Drivers and Standby:

  • Coordinate the placement of drivers and standby personnel as per organizational needs.

HR Files & Documentation:

  • Manage and organize HR files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain an effective filing system for easy access.

Arranging for Driving Tests/Interviews/Polygraphs/Transport:

  • Schedule and coordinate various HR-related activities, including driving tests, interviews, polygraphs, and transportation arrangements.

Scanning and Loading of All HR Documents on Apsuat:

  • Utilize Apsuat or similar systems to scan and upload all HR documents.
  • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of information.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Computer literate with proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Word
  • Email communication
  • Microsoft Excel

Additional Skills and Qualities:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and documentation.
