APS is a dynamic and innovative company known for its commitment to excellence and customer-centric approach. We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in strengthening and expanding our key account relationships within our Operations division.
As the Key Account Manager - Operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our key client relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service, tailored solutions, and a seamless experience. Your strategic thinking and operational expertise will be critical in driving client success and achieving company objectives.
- Key Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our key clients within the Operations division. Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Client Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Identify areas where our products and services can provide value and meet their unique needs.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and retention. Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each key account.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment with client needs and objectives.
- Customized Solutions: Collaborate with product and service teams to create tailored solutions for key clients. Ensure that our offerings meet or exceed client expectations.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address any client concerns or issues. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure prompt resolution.
- Contract Management: Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions with key clients.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to monitor client performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare and present regular reports to clients on their account status.
- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with key accounts, including financial stability, market changes, and competitive pressures.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients and inform strategic decisions.
- Citizen of Namibia.
- 5+ years of experience in key account management or client relations.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction.
