Implement and Maintain Cost System:
- Develop and implement an efficient cost system to track and analyze production costs.
- Regularly update and maintain accounting data to ensure accuracy.
Production Cost Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver daily production cost reports, providing insights into cost variations and trends.
- Analyze costs associated with production and sales prices, calculating plant ratios for informed decision-making.
- Effectively communicate with departments such as purchases, logistics, and maintenance to understand the production process thoroughly.
- Identify and analyze relevant costs through collaboration with various departments.
Reporting and Decision Support:
- Prepare detailed reports for management and other departments to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in monthly closing activities and report deviations from the annual budget.
Internal Procedure Review and Implementation:
- Review and implement internal procedures related to purchasing and stock control to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Work collaboratively with operations departments to optimize work processes.
- Devise and present proposals contributing to innovation and continuous improvement.
Cost Structure Support:
- Provide support for the cost structure of new parts, projects, and launches.
- Assist in the validation of new projects and the evaluation of costs for new investments.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Financial Accounting or any related field.
- Two years prior experience in a similar position or in costing of industrial plants.
- Proficiency in the Office package, especially Excel and Access Database.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Soft Skills: ability to structure projects, autonomy in work, keen observation, strong analytical skills, and results-oriented.
- Valid Driver's License
