Job Description

  • Effectively drive the firms debtors management
  • Responsible for daily SAP administrative tasks and query resolution
  • Responsible for monthly journal entry postings and general ledger management working to achieve monthly deadlines
  • Fixed asset management
  • Control cost recoveries in the general ledger and distribute/reallocate accordingly
  • Approval of costs in line with the procurement policy
  • Assist with Bi-annual forecast of results to year-end
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet recons
  • Assist in completing NAMRA returns monthly
  • Assist with annual budgeting process
  • Assist with any other ad hoc finance matters from time to time as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2 - 4 years experience within a similar job function preferably within professional services
  • Good technical knowledge of Finance Administration
  • Basic skills in analysis and report writing
  • Experience in drafting of reports for review
  • Competent in MS Office suite and programs relevant to role
  • Working understanding of business principles
  • Knowledge of and experience with SAP Financials would be a strong advantage
