Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Security Registration: Handle social security registrations, removals, and payment allocations for employees.
  • Income Tax Registration: Assist in the registration process for individuals' income tax and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • PAYE Payment Resolution: Identify and resolve PAYE (Pay As You Earn) payment allocation issues in a timely manner.
  • Other Payroll Admin Duties: Undertake various payroll administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the payroll department.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in payroll administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with payroll procedures and compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in payroll software is a plus.
