PURPOSE OF THE POSITION


Responsible for the overall administrative support to the day-to-day operations of the Clinic.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE


  • Grade 12.
  • Minimum 1 years experience as an Office Administrator.
  • Experience working in an occupational health facility is an added advantage.
  • Must be willing to work shifts.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


  • Perform administrative duties for the Clinic as required.
  • Coordinate workflow of Occupational Healthcare & Nursing related activities between employees and the clinic
  • Verify the validity of details of all documentation submitted by employees.
  • Assist with taking inventory of stationery and consumables, keeping records, sorting documents, and delivery of internal documents.
  • Administer employees applications for Social Security Benefits and Workmens Compensation Act.
