PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Responsible for the overall administrative support to the day-to-day operations of the Clinic.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Grade 12.
- Minimum 1 years experience as an Office Administrator.
- Experience working in an occupational health facility is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to work shifts.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Perform administrative duties for the Clinic as required.
- Coordinate workflow of Occupational Healthcare & Nursing related activities between employees and the clinic
- Verify the validity of details of all documentation submitted by employees.
- Assist with taking inventory of stationery and consumables, keeping records, sorting documents, and delivery of internal documents.
- Administer employees applications for Social Security Benefits and Workmens Compensation Act.
