SEENA Legal Consult (Pty) Ltd. Namibia's Premier Labor Law Consultancy has an opportunity for Junior Legal Advisor in Tsumeb and Keetmanshoop.
No experience is required, however, a passion for labor law is essential
The applicant must have:
- An applicable four-year law degree
- Namibian citizenship
- Be in possession of a valid driver's license
- Own a reliable vehicle
- Be willing and able to assist clients country wide and drive long distances
- His/her own smartphone and laptop.
All applicants must be fluent in Afrikaans and English.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- the drafting of employment agreements for employers
- chairing disciplinary hearings, incapacity inquiries, poor work performance inquiries
- making recommendations to employers with regard to sanctions.
