Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor key sales objectives and goals to drive business growth.
- Manage and mentor Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed targets.
- Formulate comprehensive sales plans, acting as a central point for strategy development, client interactions, and team coordination.
- Ensure operational excellence through effective communication, quality service, and adherence to compliance standards.
- Formulate and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business needs.
- Develop and nurture existing business relationships while exploring new opportunities.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and benchmark against competitors.
- Daily tracking of sales representatives, including recruitment, training, and performance assessment.
- Extensive travel may be required to fulfill job responsibilities
- Proven ability in written communication, expressing ideas clearly in various documents.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification.
- 5 Years of proven success in sales, with a focus on liquor distribution and wholesale operations.
- 3-5 Years of Management experience, demonstrating leadership and team-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the liquor distribution and wholesale operations industry.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with punctuality and a deadline-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective time management abilities.
- Exceptional telephone etiquette and intermediate proficiency in Ms. Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
