Our Client is a leading player in the liquor distribution and wholesale operations sector, is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to fill the role of Sales and Business Manager. Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor key sales objectives and goals to drive business growth.
  • Manage and mentor Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Formulate comprehensive sales plans, acting as a central point for strategy development, client interactions, and team coordination.
  • Ensure operational excellence through effective communication, quality service, and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Formulate and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business needs.
  • Develop and nurture existing business relationships while exploring new opportunities.
  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and benchmark against competitors.
  • Daily tracking of sales representatives, including recruitment, training, and performance assessment.
  • Extensive travel may be required to fulfill job responsibilities
  • Proven ability in written communication, expressing ideas clearly in various documents.
  • Strong verbal communication skills for effective interactions in diverse settings.
  • Leadership capabilities, empowering and motivating team members.
  • Expertise in conflict management and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Business acumen, understanding key industry issues and external factors impacting success.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification.
  • 5 Years of proven success in sales, with a focus on liquor distribution and wholesale operations.
  • 3-5 Years of Management experience, demonstrating leadership and team-building skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the liquor distribution and wholesale operations industry.
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with punctuality and a deadline-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective time management abilities.
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette and intermediate proficiency in Ms. Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
