A Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in cultivating client relationships, acquiring new accounts, and promoting the company's product portfolio. The role involves analyzing market trends, negotiating deals, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will blend product knowledge with effective communication to drive sales and contribute to the company's growth. Locations: Windhoek/North/Coast The primary tasks and responsibilities associated with the position include:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Actively seek and secure new sales opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for order processing and timely deliveries.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients.
  • Conduct product presentations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead generation and sales presentations
  • Express ideas clearly in various documents with correct grammar and structure.
  • Effectively express ideas in individual or group situations.
  • Lead, motivate, and empower others to reach organizational goals.
  • Effectively manage and resolve conflict situations.
  • Foster a cooperative and collaborative work environment.
  • Understand key business issues impacting organizational success.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification.
  • 3 to 4 years of sales and industry-specific experience.
  • Experience in the liquor distribution industry, encompassing various beverages and market trends.
  • Experience in wholesale operations.
  • Valid Drivers License.
