PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The incumbent is responsible for gardening, irrigation, cleaning, and basic general maintenance to maintain an aesthetically pleasing and functional common and outdoor areas.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Grade 10
- 1 years experience in gardening and general maintenance.
- A Driver license will be an added advantage.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Keep the allocated areas clean and tidy at all times.
- Attend to the gardens and grounds, clean and do basic general maintenance.
- Follow SHEQ requirements during execution duties.
- Ensure that tools issued are kept safe and well looked after.
- Ensure that work area and storeroom are kept neat and tidy.
