SETTLEMENT:

  • Settle all shipments for the day
  • Update Cancelled invoices tracker
  • Clearing Cash customer balances daily
  • Control Driver shortages Cash & Stock
  • Debtor Scanning NAC & 30 Days Invoices
  • Accurate filing per shipment

PETTY CASH

  • Accurate Control of Petty Cash & Vouchers,
  • Balancing and filling of vouchers

ORDER GENERATION

  • Processing of orders
  • Processing Trade returns/Claims; Reconciliation and Fillings
  • Proactively monitor out of stock situations and assist Reps stock on hand
  • Resolves customer queries, follow up daily until customer/ client needs are met
  • Respond effectively to ARAP queries

GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

  • Capturing of Diesel and Petrol invoice received from supplier
  • Recon statement for fuel suppliers
  • Cooler Job cards daily basis and control to finalize it
  • Truck helpers commission capture and finalize for Payroll

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12, At least three (3) years relevant experience in the Fast-Moving-Consumer-Goods-Business, especially in administration, Word and Excel. Base in Otjiwarongo.

Excellent Planning, Organizing and communication abilities required.
