APS is a dynamic and growing company, committed to providing an inclusive and collaborative work environment. We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our team and handle critical payroll responsibilities with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Security Registration: Handle social security registrations, removals, and payment allocations for employees.
- Income Tax Registration: Assist in the registration process for individuals' income tax and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- PAYE Payment Resolution: Identify and resolve PAYE (Pay As You Earn) payment allocation issues in a timely manner.
- Other Payroll Admin Duties: Undertake various payroll administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the payroll department.
Requirements
- Previous experience in payroll administration or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with payroll procedures and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in payroll software is a plus.
