RESPONSIBILITIES
- To meet and exceed monthly sales targets through the generation of new business for you team.
- Planning and execution of marketing activities to facilitate new business generation. Example, Activations, Cold Calling, Doorknocking
- Constantly provide feedback to management as to local area market requirements and conditions and suggested sales strategies.
- Manage Daily Sales reporting for the team and self
- Providing guidance and coaching to the sales team under your leadership

Requirements
- A degree in the related field is a prerequisite for this position.
- Code B Driver's License
- A track record of at least five years in operational roles, demonstrating your competence and experience.
- A deep understanding of business operations, including financial and strategic aspects.
- A high level of proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Suite and other relevant operational software to enhance efficiency.
- The ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions, particularly in operational contexts.
