Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and distribution of goods.
  • Develop and implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve operational performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and cooperation.
  • Participate in the development and execution of operational strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist in project management and coordination, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Resolve operational issues and address customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Support the development and training of operational staff.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in operations management or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices is a plus.
