  • Operation Management: Proven ability to efficiently oversee and optimize business operations.
  • Customer Relations Management: Track record of effectively managing and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Finance (Cost/Expense) Management: Proficiency in financial management with a focus on cost and expense control.
  • Sales & Marketing Experience: A history of success in sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibility:

  • Deliver Comprehensive Customer Service: Offer a comprehensive service experience to both our existing and new customers.
  • Continuous Employee Communication: Maintain open and ongoing communication with our employees and promptly address any concerns or issues they raise.
  • Efficient Documentation Management: Establish and uphold a system that ensures the punctual and accurate submission and processing of all relevant documentation.
  • Sound Financial Management: Apply prudent financial management principles consistently throughout your responsibilities.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and manage all legal matters concerning our employees effectively.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement appropriate training programs for supervisors and workers when necessary to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Business Growth: Actively contribute to the marketing and expansion of APS's business.


  • A degree in the related field is a prerequisite for this position.
  • Code B Driver's License: Possession of a valid Code B Driver's License.
  • 5+ Years of Proven Operational Experience: A track record of at least five years in operational roles, demonstrating your competence and experience.
  • Strong Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business operations, including financial and strategic aspects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Operational Software: A high level of proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Suite and other relevant operational software to enhance efficiency.
  • Adept Problem Solver and Decision Maker: The ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions, particularly in operational contexts.
